: I absolutely adore Sophia in Fate of Atlantis! I don't know about Infernal Machine yet. I actually own the game- it's sitting in my
: room right under my Fate of Atlantis game, but I have never played it!
: I bought it back in December as a Christmas present for myself, but
: our computer is so old that if I stuck the game into the CD-ROM drive,
: it would laugh at me and kick it back out! My mom says that we are
: going to get an ultra-fast, modern computer this year, so I will
: FINALLY be able to play Infernal Machine.
: Id didn't escape my attention how in Fate of Atlantis, Sophia's
: voice was perforemed by Jane Jacobs, and according to the credits
: inside of the booklet for Infernal Machine, some lady named
: Tasia Valenza does her voice. THAT is blasphemy!!! How dare they
: change Sophia!!! I will have to wait and hear for myself.

: But just out of curiosity, does she sound the same as in FAte of Atlantis, or can you actually tell the difference?

: A Sophia admirer,

Well, her actual voice in Infernal Machine is slightly deeper than in Fate of Atlantis, but just a tad. The main difference is in the excitement level in her voice. In FoA, she was a little more spunky and excitable, while in IF she seems more calm and sedate (probably she had to adjust her excitability to be with the newly-formed CIA, I guess). Her hair is a little shorter in IF as well.

Still, though, for a lady in her late thirties-early forties, she looks pretty darn fit in IF (heck, even at 48, Indiana Jones looks pretty darn fit in IF). :)
