...But they are well worth the wait... trust me. I own two David Morgan bullwhips, and they are absolutely fantastic. Once you have
it in-hand, you can really get a feel for the amount of time and effort that it takes to create an object of such beauty and quality.
Bullwhips are precision instruments, and, if I may borrow a phrase
from Marcus Brody, "not to be taken lightly." David Morgan and his
company have been manufacturing hand-crafted American-made bullwhips
since 1960, so I'm sure they know what they're doing. Besides, I had
discussions with the folks at the 2000 WWAC Convention, and we all
came to the conclusion that spring and summer are some of the busiest
times for whipmakers, because of the nice weather and all of the
activities centered around whipcracking. For example, I ordered my
12-foot David Morgan bullwhip the last day of July, and I had it in
my hand on September 10- a one and a half month turnaround, as opposed
to the standard two months. So have patence. Good things come to
those who wait.

: : Anybody have recent troubles with David Morgan? They're sure taking their sweet time with my order!

: Be patient it always takes time, it will take about 8 weeks to get it. I didn't worry about it I only emailed him once telling him how great the craftmanship was.
