Brody was a waste of time in 'Crusade'

I hope nobody replaces him. In 'Raiders' he was an intelligent and believable Professor, and when he says that he would have gone after the Ark five years ago, we believe him.

However, in 'Crusade' his character is reduced to an imbecile, in the typical Speilberg/Lucas way, and he adds absolutely nothing to the film, except giving the kids something to laugh at.

If Denholm were still alive today, I hope he'd turn the part down anyway.
