have most of the necessities:

Survival Items

¥ a canteen
¥ a bag with trail mix and/or Pemmican Beef Jerky
¥ waterproof matches
¥ metal tin with candles
¥ folding knife
¥ compass
¥ a map
¥ a rope (multi-purpose)
¥ fishooks and fishing line
¥ handkerchief (could be a lifesaver in a sandstorm)
¥ First Aid Kit
¥ snake repellent

Other Important Items:

¥ passport, visa
¥ local currency/something to barter with
¥ red and green notebook with pencil
¥ glasses and case
¥ a towel (multi-purpose)
¥ soap
¥ a toothbrush
¥ a brush
¥ safety pins
¥ condoms
¥ spare bootlaces
¥ a little bag with talcum powder (multi-purpose)
¥ a small drawstring bag

Miscellaneous Items:

¥ spare gun and ammo
¥ flaslight and batteries
¥ binoculars
¥ spare whip repair parts
¥ a bottle of good Italian wine
¥ a bottle of brandy ("medicinal")
¥ black necktie

That's a total of 32 items. That little bag IS amazing...
PS I think the gloves are kept in the jacket pockets.
