That is a tough task. sleeves and overall length is easy as is making certain parts smaller but I would venture to say you would be better off looking to sell the one you have and getting another one in the correct size. By the time you paid postage both ways and Peters charge for alterations it might be better to sell the jacket and start over. Keep in mind that I have not had this done and I could be dead wrong on this. It is just my guess. What size is the jacket?
