Lucasfilm hasn't announced when they'll release the other 10 Young Indy videos. My speculation is they'll probably be sometime this fall or Christmas or early next year. My reasoning? Remember when they released the Mr. Bean tapes in 1994 or '95 (whichever year that was). They released like 5 or 6 tapes. The next year they released the remaining tapes at exactly the same time.
