Cari - you have got to be kidding me. You don't think that watching 1500 people die of hypothermia won't give people nightmares. Believe it or not, less American soldiers died on Omaha Beach that morning than passengers of the Titanic who perished. Those soldiers died because they made a choice to fight for your freedoms and the freedoms of other democratic nations threatened by Hitler's tyranny. What you need to do is to quit spouting off some trite opinion developed by others and begin thinking for yourself. We dont need to glorify violence, but we also don't need to forget the sacrafice others have made so you can live a comfortable life without fear.
