: : What is the height of the crown in front when creased? It's one of the most crucial elements of the fedora, I believe.
: : Others' photos show that the sides are parallel, but how's the crown taper from front to back? Did your hat come with the brim specs others have been asking Peters Bros. for?
: : Thanks

: : After a careful measurement of my HJ, the height of the crown at the front is 4 3/4", 4 1/2" in the back and 5 1/2" at the sides. The brim width in the front is 2 7/8", 2 1/2" on the sides, and 2 7/8" in the back. All of this, I believe, comes stock on the INDY fedora. I didn't make any special requests when I ordered it- I think they know what we expect in a great hat!

The only thing I'd say here is that the dimensional brim cut is not "stock", but each hat is cut individually with each order. The "Poet" fedora that the Indy version is made from is not dimensionally cut when it arrives at HJ. Regards. Michaelson
