Two TV specials-- "Greatest Stunts, The Making of "Raiders" and another one whose title I can't remember were put together on one video and you might still be able to find it at a local video store. Maybe, although it might be out of print. As for books there was a paperback on the making of "Raiders" but it is out of print. You might try finding a copy on Ebay. I've had good luck getting out of print books and videos there and for a good price. I got a book called "Tarzan of the Movies" on Ebay for about ten bucks and it's been out of print since the early seventies.
