Give Amazon.com a shot. There's a good chance you'll find the 'Making of...Raiders' tape there. I know I got it a while ago for $4 there. The 'Making of Raiders' paperback was written by Derek Taylor, is long out of print and is worth picking up on E-bay. Check out the 'Raiders...Collector's Album," too. It's jammed with BTS info and pics.
If you can't find the video, let me know via the forum and I'll make arrangements to get you a copy of it (an original at that) as I recently picked up the documentaries on laserdisc and would be willing to part with my video.
