Well, the argument over a "custom" figure might be complicated, particularly when you consider that many very well produced custom Indy figures out there (and they do look professional) are modifications and reworkings of figures that have been manufactured by other companies. (Han Solo, for example, is often taken and reworked into an Indy figure.)

Therefore, I think in this situation it's best to play it safe. If the figure itself has been created by the use of other merchandise (and believe me, I'm able to recognize them), I don't think it should qualify.

However, if someone were to craft their own figure from scratch, it could be considered for the sculpture category.
