I asked for 2 7/8 front and back, 2 3/4 sides and 5 7/8 crown, so that is close to what you're asking for. I gotta give Joe credit; he had not done a dimensional cut til we Indy fans came along. In fact I told him he could skip it on mine (I was just impatient to get it) but he practiced on some scrap hats and did mine anyway. And he really aced it.
