I think R.L. Stine wrote a couple of those. They're out of print nowadays, but I think you might still be able to get them through Amazon or off Ebay. I loved those books when I was a kid (just look how I turned out! On second though, don't...), and aside from a few folks getting shot or eaten by tigers, I guess they weren't that bad. I have to warn you though, despite the fact that they were written for Indy's younger fans, they still included a bit of violence.
