Well I don't know where Online you can find it. But there is a wonderfull shot of the Head in the book: From Star Wars to Indiana Jones: The Best of Lucasfilm Archives! It is a BIG picture of the entire head.

The Goddes of Fertility is the golden head the Indy is after in the opening sequence of Raiders of the Lost Ark.
