I never presumed to tell anyone what they should choose, I just wanted to share my experiences with others so they might know what to expect. I also got a strong feeling from the Herbert Johnson people that they were indulging us weirdos. One person who answered their phone even said, "So you want to look like Indiana Jones, do you?" I could see the smirk even through the phone line. (That's called "hyperbole", Gregg.)

Then what's-his-name started ranting and whining this week that the mistakes and poor workmanship on my Herbert Johnson were my fault because I didn't specifically tell them that I wanted a properly crafted hat for my ALMOST $300. Sheeeez!
