I just received my copy of the "Making of Raiders" video from Amazon.com. It's actually two shows, one primarily about stuntmen and narrated by Harrison Ford and the other about the making of "Raiders".
You can order thru IndyGear.com. About two weeks for delivery. Hope this helps.
