Indy's beard

For all Indy gear collectors, this is probably the easiest part of their outfit to assemble -- just toss out your razor. I also think that Indy's scruffy beard doesn't get enough credit for making the character an icon.
Think about it: Most movies you see, the hero is usually suspiciously clean and well-groomed. What a stroke to make Indy a bit disheveled! It improves to authenticity 10 fold.
I really think that, apart from his fedora, Indy's three-day beard is what made him so appealing. In honor of that, I make sure to shave just once a week.
