You can age your jacket with some acetone and sandpaper. Take a papertowel and apply some acetone to the jacket to remove some of the pigment. When the leather is wet it will be darker. So move to a new area while the previous one dries. After all the acetone work is done use a little sandpaper to age the seems. Warning: Acetone is a solvent. Use in a open area and don't breathe in the fumes. you might want to use a fan to blow them away from you. You should be able to get sandpaper and acetone at a hardware or paint store. Good Luck!
