It doesn't say which this refers to, but he was asked a similar question last month on The Tonight Show. An audience member asked if he thought he would win in a fight against Connery, to which Ford replied, "...Yeah."

It got a big laugh, but didn't seem to be anything directed at an "arch foe", just Ford's dry wit. I thought this was a kind of strange story, as I've never heard anything about them not getting along on the set of Last Crusade. Ford's mentioned several times he would love for Connery to return in Indy 4.
