The part that always gets me is in "Temple of Doom", at the climax of the film on the rope bridge after it's been cut. Hanging obove certain death by a few pieces of fraying rope, Mola Ram and Indy struggle for the Sankara stones. The music builds. Indy begins reciting the Hindi script from the tapestry... and the satchel containing the stones bursts into flames! That one moment gets me every time.
