The making of Raiders...

I recently received the video from amazon.com and I've watched it several times. It was great to see some scenes which were not included in the final cut. Well, could anyone tell me where I could get "The making of TOD/LC"? Pretty please, with sugar on top.

And now for something completely different: I've noticed that the Raiders holster in the movie has two holes on the closing strap, while my Noel Howard Raiders holster has just one. I'm not gonna lose sleep over it, but...
