you DO have some very valid points. ESPECIALLY about the Bond franchise, and the fact that they had to use a few different guys to portray him.
As for your choice for a replacement Indy? I say - GOOD ONE! Ralph Fiennes would be excellent...although probably too old now as well.
Some may say let Sean Patrick play him, as he has already...but personally, I always took him to be a rather wimpy Indy - kind of whiney, too. (Oh, I'm sure I'm dead now)....
Anyway, good essay.....I tend to agree, then I remember the fairly cool opening to "The mystery of the Blues", with an 50 year old indy!
