To those with Flight Suits experience...

Two questions on sizing:

Anybody have any idea how much more it will cost me to get a size 38 jacket, but with longer sleeves [40 inches] and a longer torso [forgot how long, but you can tell that it's looong from the sleeves]? I filled out their measurement worksheet last night, and yes, I quadruple-checked my measurements; I really am that lanky! :) I'm concerned that since these will have to be long continuous pieces of leather that it will be mucho expensive...

Also, to those who own other Flight Suits jackets, should one order a few sizes larger to obtain that relaxed "Indy fit"?
