Indiana Jones and the Spear of Destiny...The Game?

Reading through the pages of Indy Chronicles, I noticed that LucasArts was planning to make Indiana Jones and the Spear of Destiny into a pc game, but never released it. That is all that is mentioned about the game. Does anyone have any more info on it? Any development photos or anything? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.
