I stole the large blowup of this photo from the back of a book called 'Stars!'. There. PROOF that HF did ideed wear a jacket with gussets in the sleeves. I repeat, proof.

As that observation on that picture started the whole ball rolling (or was it a big round rock in Peru?) for me on the jacket.
