I took into consideration all these for when I had to paint Indy's outfit. I ended up making his pants camel-colored (it describes it perfectly, more or less:-) rather than the "real" shade of a purplish grayish brown.
Whew!
Maybe I should just buy all the Indy gear to see for myself what everything REALLY is since everything really IS so inaccurate!
