Good question. Let's see:
Raider - La Chapelle, France (sub scenes)
Hawaii (Peru scenes)
Tunisia (desert scenes)

TOD - Mayapore Village
Sri Lanka/Ceylon

Last Crusade - Petra, Jordan (temple exteriors)
Arizona (Young Indy parts)
Venice, Italy

My source is my memory, but orignally I read/viewed these in various material available.

Curiously enough, I remember in '81 or '82 the Price is Right offered a "Raiders" vacation as part of a showcase.

Any input?
