Pecards is made in Wisconsin. Check the link through IndyGear! Neats foot oil is made from the hoof of an animal, and goes rancid after a period of time. That's why good leather manufacturers advise NEVER using on leather, as the oil will continue to break down and eventually destroy the leather garment. Regards. Michaelson
