According to the book "From Star Wars to Indiana Jones", the package Indy receives from his father from Venice is addressed to:
Professor Indiana Jones
Barnett College
Hamilton Hall
Grove Avenue
Fairfield, New York
Now call me old fashioned, but why would Henry Sr call his son "Indiana"? They named the DOG Indiana! Wouldn't he have addressed the package (containing the Grail Diary) to Henry Jones, Jr? Its not as if us poor ignorant audience members (who didn't know Indy's real name yet) would be able to see the name on the package or anything...
