: You know, I probably watch Raiders at least four times a week, have owned three copies of it since it was released (with the invention of the VCR, I might add)and I still see new things every time I see it. Check out the part when Deitrich and Belloq lose Indy in Cairo after the desert chase. In the scene when Deitrich throws the melon at the dog, if you look close, you'll notice that Toht is a mannequin. Perhaps it was a reshoot and Ronald Lacey was not available?

I never wanted to admit it to myself, but you noticed it too. Couldn't they have at least gotten a stand-in? Speaking of stand-ins, have you ever noticed in ToD, in the spike room, Willie rushes in and says "There all over me! Get 'em off of me etc." Then Willie hits the trigger with her rump. If you look at Indy, it's so obviously a stand-in. He doesn't look like Harrison, and he looks totally relaxed and comfortable. Then it cuts to a reaction shot of Indy, a sweaty mess. It's funny, but it hurts too.
See ya! DeWayne
