Adam,
I'm always making them. I'm at a standstill right now, waiting for revolvers. It's the ONLY PIECE of the figure that I use a second source to acquire. I've tried molding/casting them, but it's nearly impossible to keep air bubbles out of something so small and intricate. My next experiment will involve the use of sryngines to perform a type of 'poor man's' injection molding. I'll keep you posted!
