I definitely agree -- I followed up my fax order a few days later with a phone call to verify and/or clarify my ordering information (e.g., sizing, payment, etc.). Undoubtably it was well worth the call. Jerry at Wested was a delight to talk to and provided great information on the Jacket. Infact, when I phoned Wested, the young lady who answered mentioned Jerry was eating lunch -- would you believe he still came to the phone to answer my questions. Could you imagine someone here in the states getting off their rear during lunch break to assist a customer?

Anyway, make the phone call!
