Ever realize how accurate the Indiana Miller's ribbon is?

It sort of horrifies me that people are cuting them off and throwing them away. I know that it is a little too fat, but I was watching LC and I noticed that the bow's center part has a certain fold so that the edge is right in the center. (I'm having a hard time explaining that, sorry.) Also, the rear of the bow has an extra folded part at the back. You can see it in LC when they are on the biplane and it shows the back of Indy and his brim is flapping in the wind.
