I have heard this discussed a lot and I myself have always been discouraged by the dangly-whip problem. I have a feeling we've all been duped! I think that they MUST have tied the whip up with wire or something when it was worn on the belt for stunts because I can't think of anyway else that the coil wouldn't fall out like it does in the stunts he did-even just running.
