Use cold water and soap, just like you would do with your delicates that can't go in the washer. Then let it hang out to dry (no, not that, you sicko!). You want to make sure that you smooth out any wrinkles first, though, otherwise when it does eventually dry, it'll look pretty screwed up. That's what I did anyway...
