I picked up a great Indy type shirt (three, acctually) there by North Creek. It's the exact color. They don't have shoulder straps or the pleats, but they do have the pleats on the pockets at least. I bought some darker buttons and switched them, and it achieves the look quite well. The shirts ran $13.00, on sale from $17.00.
