The actual size is Large, but for some reason British clothing seems to fit snug. It probably is best to fit a medium person, but was purchased as large. I originally ordered a Medium, but after trying it on I went for the Large. The strap is the regular length. The strap, bag and shirt are in great condition, regardless, I would never make any sale final until the purchaser was satisfied.
