Fedora...I did some research on your hat powders

I called Miller hats today and asked them about the hat powders we were talking about. They told me that although this is common in a lot of hats (e.g. the stetsons they sell), they are used "just a little" in the Miller hats. They said that they were not used enough to cause bleeding when wet. -DF
