Just keep at them. Many times a company gets backed up, and it may take months for an item because you're so far down on the list, their way of telling you that is saying it will be shipped. Also take into account that if you paid with a check it takes 11 days to clear, yadda yadda yadda. I'd be more worried if I heard nothing from them.

PS - I'm sure they know they're dealing with many Indy fans across the board (no pun intended), and I can't see them shitting up their rep for $45.
