FS: New Information

I recieved a call from Dave Marshall at FS. We had a good chat about leather and the Indy jacket. Mostly we talked about pigments and dying. He says that they can have the skins colored how ever they wish, provided they order a decent quantity. Also color can be added after the fact with special dyes and solvents. He is putting me in touch with a guy who is a real leather guru when it comes to color. The process he discribed is for an average person to attempt, but I feel I could do it. :-) Also he said they are NOT going to offer it in cowhide. He said that it would not look right.
