I haven't purchased anything from them, but there is a mention of them at the "Prop replica buyers rights" page. Click the link below, and then click on reviews. They are on the list of reviewed dealers, and the only review was bad. If you can't resolve your problem with them, you might be able to post of your experience at the website.
