Quick, painless, and completely satisfied. They are now producing the 405 in high quality dark brown leather. The leather is much softer and compliant than the previous runs they've done over the years. Felt like they were broken in old friends right out of the box.

I don't know why you're having problems. I do notice that you're very angry though.
