Seriously though, according to SpacePROXY's homepage their whole purpose is to protect their users from hackers looking to disrupt service and companies looking to send you junk mail/learn all your personal info so I doubt they'd condone this sort of crap.

Write them a letter, it'll get this guy out of our hair quicker...at least until he finds another anonymity providing site
