Unfortunately I have not received replies to my emails inquiring about my jacket order (my credit card has been charged and I ordered via phone). Although I should be receiving my jacket this week, I am trying to avoid making additional long distance phone calls to England.

Responding to a customer's email should not only be considered courteous, but good business practice. From previous posts on Indyfan, this is a problem I think Wested needs to focus on addressing.
