Size chart confusion. Help!!

Can someone help me figure out how the hell you use tha sizing graph/chart at flight suits? I dont know what size jacket I am as I've always gone by S, M, L, XL, ect. Is that thing for if you already know your size, or to help you find it? Also, I am exactly 6'0" should I order reg or tall??
