I did melting Toht last year for a party and everybody got a big kick out of it. I used a trench from the thrift shop (BEST haloween resource) and a skull mask which i redid so that my mouth could move the jaw. I then dripped latex and hot glue over it for the melting flesh and added tyhe crooked glasses. I also made a latex bit for my hand that had the burnt flsh and the imprint of the headpiece.
The good thing was, that when i got tired of the mask, i just took it off to be plain Toht.
