I like the idea of enhancing the sound, and sharpening the special effects, but I wouldn't tinker with perfection. Assuming there were any scenes cut out to make the movie a bit shorter for theatrical release, I'd throw those in. And maybe I'd include behind the scenes and/or the making of specials at the end. A lot of us saw those things back when the movies came out, but I have a notoriously bad memory and would like to catch them again.
