In as much as I know, the video has never come out. There is, however, someone who has the show taped and I've been trying to find her for a few months now. I bought a tape off of her a couple of years ago, and though the quality wasn't the best, it was still cool to see some interviews that I had never seen before. I even got a tv promo spot for Raiders from her. I know she has the PBS special, but unfortunately, I have not been able to locate her recently to get the Making of Doom from her. I'll keep looking.
