"It ain't the years honey, it's the mileage." Indy telling Marion as she helps him out of his shirt.

"Your fire is dying here. Why don't you tell me where the piece is right now." Toht asking Marion where the headpiece to the staff is.

Marion: "I'll tell you everything!" Toht: "Yes, I know you will." Toht is about to stick the red hot iron in Marion's eye - Indy to the rescue!

"Shoot them, shoot them both." Toht orders his German henchmen to shoot Indy and the big, beared guy holding Indy.
