Ever since the Nostalgia went away, I think the Indiana Miller is probably the best hat in the price range at $115. For my money, the Miller is superior to the Nostalgia anyway, but for a time you could pick up Nostalgias for $85 retail and $25 via the Stetson outlet store.

If you don't mind a little work, the Akubras do very nicely, though again there are brims to be cut and ribbons to be attached.

For my money, $185 for a PB is really the best way to go. IMHO.
